V.M.K.Marimuthu Nadar was the founder of our company in the year 1946. He came to Gulbarga with courage in heart and extreme knowledge. He started a small business of trading pulses. His concept of "One has to be either at buying point where huge supplies are available or at selling point where huge demands are available" made him as a successful business man. He rooted at the buying point Gulbarga where all the pulses are cultivated in large amount. Initially he started one trading company named V.M.K.Marimuthu Nadar for trading the pulses. After a few years, he started a Dhall Mill at Gulbarga by joining with his brotheres. The capital was pooled by the Joint Family Fund (HUF).
